To include your event in the OKTC, simply provide the link to your Best Coast Pairing event using our contact form and we will place you on the schedule of events. We will collect all of the information from your BCP placings online once the event ends.

If you are not using Best Coast Parings then please give us the details about your event in the contact form. We will also need you to submit your results to us when the event is finished.

To qualify as part of the OKTC, your tournament must meet these simple criteria:

Be Inclusive:

Your event should welcome players of all skill levels, including casual gamers.

Maintain a positive, respectful environment for everyone.

Open Access:

Your tournament should be open to all players who want to join, with no barriers beyond normal registration.

We want to minimize the burden on you as an organizer!

No Complex Reporting: We don’t need detailed game-by-game breakdowns—just names, factions, and Victory Points, which we can pull from Best Coast Parings ourselves.

No Extra Rules: Run your tournament the way you see fit, using standard Kill Team rules or your preferred format.

No Special Prizes Required: While prizes are welcome, they’re not necessary. We’ll handle circuit-wide rewards!

By hosting an OKTC event, you:

Contribute to the growth of the Kill Team community in Oklahoma.

Provide players with the opportunity to compete for circuit-wide recognition and prizes.

Gain promotion and support for your event through OKTC’s network and platforms.

If you are not using Best Coast Pairings, once your tournament is complete, send the results to us via our contact form.

Player Information:

Full name of each participant.

The faction(s) they played during the tournament.

Game Results:

Total Victory Points (VP) scored by each player in every game.

You can send this information in the form message or upload a simple spreadsheet or document—whatever is easiest for you.

We’ll handle everything else, from updating the circuit leaderboard to sharing highlights with the community
